Decorative Laminates

The industrial laminates are designed to be more resistant to wear. They include high performance laminates that are flame retardant, antibacterial and chemical resistant for use in hospitals and other industries.

Post Formed Laminates
The post formed laminates are thinner than the ordinary laminates. The post formed laminates are often used to surround tables, columns, and so on.

Based on Pressure Applied

High Pressure Laminates

High pressure laminate (HPL) is generally used on plywood. The pressure applied when bonding it to the substrate or surface is around 100 bars at 375 degrees Fahrenheit. It is more long-lasting but more expensive.

Low Pressure Laminates

Based on Thickness

Regular Laminates
The thickness of regular decorative laminates is usually from 8 mm up to 1.5 mm. Carpenters glue these panels to common materials such as plywood using standard adhesives

Compact Laminates
The thickness of compact decorative laminates is commonly from 3 mm to 30 mm. These laminates are self-supporting and therefore do not need to be glued on wood or any other material. The top and bottom of the compact disks have decorative surfaces.

Anti-bacterial Laminates

Exterior UV Laminates
